In Memoriam

Frederic Fridborg
Beloved Husband

Did you ever know that you're my hero?
And everything I would like to be
I can fly higher than an eagle
For you are the wind beneath my wings.

Frederic Lowell Fridborg
Co-Owner/Operator Broken Diamond Entertainment

Frederic was born in Woodlake, CA on March 18, 1947. He graduated from Woodlake High in 1965, COS in 1967, and attended Fresno State where he studied business. Following college, Frederic embarked on a successful 30-year career as an insurance broker. In 1998, he established Broken Diamond Entertainment to manage his wife Belinda's award winning singing career in Western Music.

In 1972, Frederic married Jane Packard and lovingly fathered two sons, Erik and Ryan. In 1983, he remarried to Belinda Gail and gained a daughter, Crystal. Frederic deeply loved his family and his interests included cheering on the SF 49ers and SF Giants, collecting sports memorabilia, grilling, and investing countless hours coaching youth soccer, little league and Babe Ruth teams in Visalia. He was especially proud to coach and tour England in 1988 with his club soccer team "The Raiders". In 1989, he coached Visalia's Babe Ruth all-star team to the semi finals of the World Series. He later went on to coach varsity soccer at Golden West High. In his leisure time, Frederic enjoyed fishing, camping in Horse Corral, home improvement projects, and he also greatly enjoyed traveling the country with his wife.

In addition to his wife Belinda, he is survived by his sister, Jan Vendetti of Orlando, FL; three children, Erik and wife Alison Fridborg of Dallas, GA, Ryan and wife Dena Fridborg of Pasadena CA, and Crystal O'Brien of Reedley CA.
